Annual Juried Art Works Exhibition
Art Maui showcases the best multi-media work by Maui’s artists by juried exhibition. This year’s juror is Lisa A. Yoshihara the Transit Arts Program Administrator at the Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transportation.
Of 500 entries, Larry Berko's "Lahaina Painting #2 / Still Life" was one of the final 112 pieces that Yoshihara slected for Art Maui 2019.
In the last five years, seven of Berko's paintings have been selected for Art Maui.
March 3rd - 30th, 2019 (daily 10 am - 5pm) at the Maui Arts & Cultural Center, Schaefer International Gallery, (MACC).
This year marks the 41st Annual Art Maui Exhibition. Since its inception in 1979, Art Maui has grown into one of the most prestigious art exhibitions in the state of Hawaii. The exhibit features new works by Maui artists in a wide variety of media including sculpture, painting, video, jewelry, photography, ceramics, quilting, woodworking and more.
